Bodybuilding is the best way to transform your body into a fat burning machine, build muscles, or just become healthier. The problem is that we're inundated with thousands of different types of exercises. All of them promising to help us achieve our goals.
But which one is right for us?
Too many exercise options places most of us into a postion of not doing any. To make matters worse we literally have thousands of pieces of exercise equipment that also promise us they are the only machine that works.
Is there an answer? Is there one exercise that will work for us? Is there one machine that we can purchase that will work for us? Unfortunately, there's no clear answer to these questions.
The one thing to keep in mind is that we all have different goals. Some of us want to lose weight, some of us want to build muscles, some of us want a leaner body, some of us want more stamina and endurance. And still others simply want to feel better and healthier.
The exercise you choose as well as the exercise equipment you may choose will depend primarily upon your ultimate goal. If you want to build a leaner more flexible body then something like Pilates, Tai Chi, Swimming or Yoga may be the way to go for you. If you want to lose weight then walking, aerobics or weight lifting may be your answer. If you're into bodybuilding and want to be a body builder than equipment such as deadweights, dumbells and the bowflex machine might be your ticket.
If building stamina and endurance are important to you than an exercise bike, treadmill, or some other cardio type machine might be up your alley. And, for those who simply want to look and feel healthier any combination of the above would suffice.
